The opening date for sending hosting bids was the 10th of July, 2018. The closing date was the 17th of July, 2018. The following day (18th) a hosting conference took place in Stratto, Ariyanj.
Belzhar, would host the event in Apahida. Which holds the Gilomena Arena which has the capacity of 700,500. This arena would host the opening+closing ceremony and every match
Dacic Empire, would be hosted by two cities. The first is Suceava and the arena Arena Naţională which has the audience capacity of 269.500. This arena would host the Opening+Closing Ceremony, The Semi Finals, Grand Final and the 3rd place matches. The second arena in Suceava is Stadionul Liviu Rebreanu with the capacity of 132.000 places. The second city is the capital city Moara and the arena, Stadionul Daciei which has the capacity of 396.850 places. This arena would be host of the matches remaining.
Etanna, Akronn would be the hosting city of these games. The Akronn Sports Arena would be the host arena and host every match and the Opening+Closing Ceremony.
Korviet Republic, the newly merged city New City of San Marica with the International One Stadium which has the capacity of 7,500,000 would host this event. This stadium would host the Opening+Closing Ceremony and the grand-finals. Kailongsui City New Stadium with the capacity of 450,000 which is in Kailongsui City would host the Semi-Finals. The last arena is the Toi Thay Hoa Vang Tren Co Xanh Stadium which has the capacity of 500,000 in Nguyen Nhat Anh City would host the rest of the matches.
Gavrylta, the Kristensen Hall which is situated in Yalta with the capacity of 15,000 would host the opening+closing ceremony, the finals and the 3rd place matches. The Ranteen Hall in Loscania with the capacity of 10,000 will host the group stages and the Deepland Hall in Ambernia will host the Quarter Finals and Semi finals with the capacity of 11,000.
Ijslandia, would have four host cities: Boozan, Wrekjaveek, Mancouver, and Hamsturdam. The JungHwa Arena in Boozan was recently constructed to house 100,000 spectators and is the largest arena in the country. The Yohanna Stadium in Wrekjaveek is the smallest football stadium in the country, but every seat is a recliner. The Montgomery Arena in Mancouver has 70,000 seats, but all the food and alcohol is free with proof of age. The Hein Stadium and the Gülsen Arena in Hamsturdam would both house games as well, each building housing 90,000 fans and giving each seat a crossword puzzle book for improving mental acumen between halves.
Panacea, The hosting cities would be Aeiro with the arena's Estadio Internacional & El Cristal Palacio. Estadio Internacional is the arena which would host the opening and closing ceremony, the celebrities opening the event is Alejandro Pérez and Pietro Épée who are two former footballers and Alejandro Domínguez, a former footballer, the son of first President of Panacea and the current President of Panacea. This arena would also host the opening game, the final and sporadic other games, this arena has the capacity of 75,000. El Cristal Palacio with the capacity of 42,500 would host randomly assigned games. Santillá with the arena Estadio 19 Julio has the capacity of 55,000 would also host randomly assigned matches. El Rodré with the arena Parque Victor Domínguez which has the capacity of 48,000 which would also host randomly assigned matches. Sant Roquelle with the Madrigal arena which has the capacity of 65,000 and would host the semi finals. The last city and arena is Séllas with Estadio Para Independencia with the capacity of 40,000 hosts the fixtures between less successful sides and one knockout game.
During the group games each win will count as 3 points, a draw would be 1 and a loss would be 0. When the games progress past the group stages the team that wins will advance, if a game exceeds the time limit then both teams will go to penalties where they will have 5 chances to score, the team with the most goals will win.
